We totally get it, babe! While we hope you're head over heels for everything you snag from us, we understand that sometimes an item just doesn't quite work out. But guess what? Your happiness is our number one priority, and that's why we've got a super-flexible return policy in place!

Now, we trust our Diversely You Tribe to be amazing, but just to keep things fair for everyone, if we catch a whiff of perfume, detect smoke, spot pet hair, or notice any visible signs of wear, we'll have to send the item back to you at your cost Tags must be attached to item as well. We know that won't happen, though! We adore our tribe and their love for Diversely You!

For returns, we've got you covered with store credit. Unfortunately, we can't do exchanges at the moment, but we've got plenty of other fabulous goodies waiting for you.

Now, let's talk about some ground rules. Daily deals, pre-orders, items marked as final sale, and sale items greater than 20% off are, well, final sale. This also includes items where a coupon code was used (except for email/ text sign up, Diversely You Boutique Rewards, and referral coupon codes). So, choose wisely! Just to keep things clear.

There are a few other categories that fall under the final sale policy, such as undergarments (bras, shapewear, bodysuits, etc.), accessories (jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc.), bath and body products, and anything from our gift section (home decor, novelty items, bath goodies, etc.).

When it comes to shipping charges (both original and return), they're on you, sis. We'll leave that responsibility in your capable hands.

Now, when you do return an item, please make sure it's in new condition, unwashed, and unworn, & tags! If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days. We want to help, but after 7 days, we can't make any guarantees.

Email us at to request a Return Authorization Form within 7 days of delivery. We will email you within 48 business hours a Return Authorization Form. Just fill it out and include it with your return shipment. You will have 2 business days to ship your return back. Send your returns to the following address:
